This Week On Campus: 2/12/23-2/18/23

Robert Morris University is hosting another fun filled week of activities on campus that students are bound to LOVE. Check out this week’s schedule below:

Feb. 14, 2023- On Tuesday, the Positive Advocates organization will be hosting a “Be your own Valentine” event on campus. Students can eat Hershey’s kisses while writing a valentine to themselves. The event will be hosted from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Feb. 16, 2023- On Thursday, the Office of Residence Life will be hosting a “Doughnut Be Stressed” event in the Hamilton Lounge from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. Since midterms are right around the corner, the Office of Residence Life wants students to “forget about why you are stressing” and “eat free doughnuts instead.”

Feb. 16, 2023- Also on Thursday, the Office of Residence Life will be hosting a “Break It!” event to help students relieve their pent-up midterm stress. Students can come to the outside of the Residence Life Office (weather permitting) from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. to take part in the event.

Feb. 17, 2023- On Friday, Active Minds will be hosting an event titled “Random Acts of Kindness” from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. in Nicholson Hall. The organization says that the event is being held as “a day to celebrate kindness and encourage paying it forward to other.”

Feb. 17, 2023- Also on Friday, Multicultural Student Services will be celebrating Black History Month with a movie night from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Students can come and enjoy a movie and snacks with members of the RMU Pittsburgh Promise Program while also celebrating black history.
