This Week on Campus: 8/27/23-9/2/23

With classes starting this week, many organizations are hosting events to kick off the fall semester. Here is what’s happening during the first week of Colonial classes:

August 27, 2023: On Sunday, the Class of 2027 and RMU Colonials are hosting the annual BobbyMania event. BobbyMania will be held on the Nicholson Front Lawn from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.

August 28, 2023: On Monday, the Office of Residence Life will hold a campus tour. New students can learn where everything is on campus and even meet some residents from Ross Hall. They will meet at the Ross Lounge from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.

August 31, 2023: On Thursday, RMU Women’s Soccer team hosts Indiana State for their home opener. Admissions and parking will be free for all students. Kickoff is at 4 p.m. at the North Athletic Complex.

September 2, 2023: On Saturday, RMU Volleyball is hosting the 2023 Labor Day Classic presented by Chick-Fil-A Robinson. The first match is at 11 a.m. against Canisius and the second match is at 6 p.m. against Duquesne. Both matches will be held in the UPMC Events Center.
