PNC Financial Services, another business headquartered in Pittsburgh provided Koppers with financial support in the acquisition of the Osmose businesses. The Wood Preservations business is now known as Koppers Performance Chemicals and the Railroad Service business is now known as Koppers Railroad Structures.
