MOON TOWNSHIP – A man was found dead in a stream outside of a residence in Moon Township.

The Office of the Allegheny County Medical Examiner announced that 77-year-old William Kriger was found outside of his home in Moon Township.

Officials say that the incident happened around 5:50 p.m. on Thursday.

It is suspected that Kriger lost consciousness and fell off of his lawn mower while cutting his grass.

Authorities found Kriger at the 100 block of Downing Drive. The investigation is ongoing.
