1/16/19- Assist Other Police Agency- Coraopolis Police Dept. requested a female officer for a search of a female arrestee. Completed without incident (closed)
1/16/19- Fire Alarm- Guardian reported a Fire alarm in Salem Hall. Officers responded and found the cause to be cooking. No smoke or fire. The fire Dept. was cancelled and the fire panel reset (closed).
1/17/19- Careless Driving/Traffic Stop- While on patrol in the Scaife Lot, Officers observed a vehicle fail to stop at a stop sign, causing the officer to hard brake to avoid striking the vehicle. A traffic stop was initiated and the driver cited for Careless driving and a stop sign violation. (closed)
1/17/19- Departmental Information- A mother of a teen reported that her daughter could be with her boyfriend in Yorktown Hall without permission. Investigation revealed the teen has not been on campus since before break. (closed)
1/17/19- Smell of Marijuana- Residence Life reported a smell of Marijuana in Adams Hall. Officers checked the area with negative findings (closed).
1/18/19- Fire Alarm- Guardian reported a Fire alarm in Salem Hall. Officers responded and found the cause to be cooking. No smoke or fire. The fire Dept. was cancelled and the fire panel reset (closed).
1/18/19- Medical Emergency- A Parkhurst employee reported she was having issues breathing. The patient was transported to the hospital, via ambulance. (closed)
1/20/19- Student Conduct Warning- Residence Life reported a large group drinking and playing beer pong in the Hallway of Salem. All involved to be over 21 years old. They were warned of the alcohol policies and advised to dismantle the drinking game and go to their rooms. (closed)
1/20/19- Departmental Information- A patron of the Island Sports Complex reported to ISC Public Safety a vehicle parked up against his vehicle. Ohio Twp police were notified and took a report. No damage was done to either vehicle (closed).

1/20/19- Medical Emergency- Romo’s staff reported a female patron who felt ill and lightheaded. Officers responded and the female declined medical treatment (closed).
1/21/19- Fire Alarm- Guardian reported a Fire alarm in Concord Hall. Officers responded and found the cause to be burnt food. No smoke or fire. The fire Dept. was canceled and the fire panel reset (closed).
1/22/19- Smell of Smoke- A resident student reported the smell of smoke in Monroe Hall. Upon arrival, officers and maintenance detected a chemical smell outside the building known to come from the airport. The smell was being pulled in by the ventilation system. No sign of smoke or fire (closed).
1/22/19- Fire Alarm- Guardian and Moon Dispatch reported a Fire alarm in Yorktown Hall. Officers responded and found the cause to be hot food left to cool just under a smoke detector in the café. No smoke or fire. The fire Dept. was canceled and the fire panel reset (closed).
1/22/19- Missing Property- A resident student reported her coat missing from the Yorktown Laundry room. Investigation pending (pending).
