03/03/2022: Assist other Police/EMS Agency: Moon Township Police requested a female officer for a search. The case is closed.

 

03/04/2022: Fire Alarm-Smoke Detector Activated: Guardian Protection reported a fire alarm activation in Lexington Hall. Officers responded and found the cause to be burnt food. RMU Maintenance was notified. The fire department was canceled. The panel was reset. This case is closed.

 

03/04/2022: Departmental Information: An RMU Island Sports Center Public Safety Officer was notified that a hockey player broke a glass door leaving the Clearview Rink. RMU Police responded and questioned the juvenile suspect. This incident is under investigation. The case is pending.

 

03/04/2022: Medical Emergency: An RMU Island Sports Center Public Safety Officer was notified about an injured juvenile during a public skate. The juvenile was accompanied by their sibling who called their parents. Medics were refused. The parents transported the juvenile to the hospital. This case is closed.

 

03/05/2022: Property Damage (vehicle): Allegheny County 911 transferred a call to the RMU Police Dept. The caller reported their vehicle was hit while parked at the RMU Island Sports Center. All pertinent information was obtained for insurance purposes. The case is closed.

 

03/07/2022: Departmental Information: RMU Police were conducting patrols of Yorktown Hall and noticed a broken exterior door. The Officer notified RMU Maintenance and then patrolled the building making sure it was secured. Pictures were taken and added to the report. This case is pending.

03/07/2022: Departmental Information: A parent reported to the RMU Police that their children were hit in an apparent drive-by shooting with an airsoft gun at the RMU Island Sport Center. This incident is under investigation. The case is pending.
