10/27/15 – Medical Emergency – This department was advised of a patron at the ISC needing medical attention.  Upon officers arrival the patron refused medical treatment and advised they will go get checked out themselves. (Closed)

10/27/15 – Assist Another Agency – The Allegheny County Police Department requested a female officer to conduct a search of a female prisoner.  An officer assisted without incident. (Closed)

10/28/15 – Suspicious Incident – A student requested cameras checked for someone possibly entering their room.  Officers conducted an investigation and met with negative results. (Closed)

10/28/15 – Trouble Alarm – Guardian reported a trouble alarm activated in Hale Center.  Maintenance was notified of the alarm. (Closed)

10/28/15 – Fire Alarm – Moon Dispatch advised of a fire alarm activated in Adams Hall.  Officers responded and found the cause to be a Vape Pen.  Maintenance reset the alarm system. (Closed)

10/28/15 – Disturbance – This department was called to Ross Hall for a noise complaint.  Officers responded and advised the residents to keep the noise down.  No further assistance needed from this department. (Closed)

10/29/15 – Fire Alarm – Guardian reported a smoke detector activated in the Hale Center.  Officers checked the building with negative results, and maintenance was notified. (Closed)

10/29/15 – Accident – A student came to the station and reported their motorcycle blew over and hit the car parked next to it.  Pictures were taken of the damage and a report was issued for insurance purposes. (Closed)

10/29/15 – Accident – A student reported their windshield damaged by a soccer ball while parked in the Colonial Way Parking lot.  Pictures were taken and a report was issued for insurance purposes. (Closed)

10/29/15 – Smell of Marijuana – Officers were called to Ross Hall for a smell of marijuana.  The result of the call ended with two students going through Judicial Affairs for possession, paraphernalia, and alcohol violations. (Closed)

10/29/15 – Fire Alarm – Guardian reported a fire alarm activated in Concord Hall.  Officers responded and found the cause to be burnt food.  Maintenance was notified and reset the alarm system. (Closed)

10/30/15 – Found Property – A wallet was turned into the department that was found in the Sewall Center.  The wallet was entered into lost and found until the owner claims it. (Closed)

10/30/15 – Traffic Stop – An officer conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle with an expired registration.  A citation was issued to the driver for the violation. (Closed)

10/30/15 – Lost Property – A student reported losing a wallet on campus, a report was issued and the student was advised that if the wallet were turned in, they would be notified. (Closed)

10/30/15 – Smell of Marijuana – Residence Life reported a smell of marijuana in Gallatin Hall.  Officers responded and were unable to locate the source of the smell. (Closed)

10/31/15 – Trouble Alarm – Guardian reported a trouble alarm activated in Yorktown Hall.  Officers and Maintenance responded and found the alarm to be false. (Closed)

10/31/15 – Medical Emergency – This department was notified of a medical emergency at the North Atlantic Complex.  Valley Ambulance transported the patient to UPMC Mercy Hospital for further treatment. (Closed)

10/31/15 – Lost Property – A student reported their phone and speaker missing from the shower room in Marshall Hall.  Officers were able to locate the items and they were returned to the owner. (Closed)

10/31/15 – Lost Property – A report was issued for two pairs of glasses left behind in the Sewall Center.  The owner was advised they would be notified if the glasses were turned into this department. (Closed)

11/02/15 – Fire Alarm – This department received multiple alarm calls for the Hale Center.  Officers checked the building and confirmed all alarms to be false activations.  Maintenance was notified. (Closed)

11/02/15 – Accident – An officer witnessed a minor accident in the Barry Center parking lot.  All necessary information was obtained and a report was issued for insurance purposes. (Closed)

11/02/15 – Traffic Stop – An officer conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle with expired inspection.  The vehicle owner was issued a citation for the violation. (Closed)

11/6/15 – Missing Property – A student reported losing their lanyard somewhere on campus.  A report was issued and the student was advised if it were turned in, they would be notified. (Closed)

11/6/15 – Traffic Stop – An officer conducted a traffic stop on Massey Way.  Three citations were issued to the driver during the stop. (Closed)

11/6/15 – Departmental Information – This department was advised of a person on the PNG list at Yorktown Hall.  Officers checked and determined the person in question was not on the PNG list. (Closed)

11/7/15 – Theft – This department was advised of propane tanks taken from the Island Sports Center.  This case is currently under investigation. (Open)

11/9/15 – Fire Alarm – Guardian reported a fire alarm activated in the John Jay Center.  Officer found the activation to be accidental; a ball hit a pull station inside the gym. (Closed)

11/10/15 – Traffic Stop – An officer conducted a traffic stop for a stop sign violation.  The driver was issued three citations as a result of the stop. (Closed)
