08/06/14 – Student Conduct Drugs – This department was informed of a student in violation of the University drug policy. The student was removed from campus. (Closed)
08/08/14 – Property Damage – Maintenance reported damage done to the Colonial Way Lot gate #2. A report was taken and the gate has been repaired. (Closed)
08/09/14 – Fire Alarm – Guardian reported a smoke detector activated in Concord hall. Upon officers arrival it was determined that the cause was steam from the shower. Maintenance was notified and the alarm was reset. (Closed)
08/10/14 – Fire Alarm – Guardian reported a fire alarm activated in Salem hall. Officers and Maintenance responded and found the cause to be steam from a shower. Maintenance reset the alarm and all parties cleared. (Closed)
08/10/14 – Suspicious Incident – A maintenance employee called and reported that their keys were locked inside the work truck. Upon officers arrival the employee stated he left the vehicle unlocked and upon returning, it was locked with the keys inside. Officers assisted in opening the vehicle. (Closed)
08/12/14 – Fire Alarm – Moon dispatch reported a fire alarm activated at Yorktown hall. Officers and Maintenance responded and found the cause to be an outside AC unit. Maintenance reset the unit and the alarm cleared. (Closed)
08/13/14 – Fire Alarm – Moon dispatch reported a fire alarm activated at Yorktown hall. Officers and Maintenance responded and found the cause to be an outside AC unit. Maintenance reset the unit and the alarm cleared. (Closed)
08/14/14 -Fire Alarm- Guardian reported a fire alarm activated in Concord hall. Officers and Maintenance responded and found the alarm to be a false activation. (Closed)
08/14/14 – Departmental Information – An officer found the main doors to Yorktown stuck open. Maintenance was notified and was unable to repair the doors at that time. Residence Life was notified and this department monitored the doors. (Closed)
08/15/14 – Found Property – An employee turned in a fifty-dollar bill that was found in the Barry/Revere parking lot. The money was secured in an evidence locker until the owner retrieves it. (Closed)
08/15/14 – Trouble Alarm – Guardian reported a trouble alarm in John Jay Center. The building was checked with negative results, and the alarm panel was reset by maintenance. (Closed)
08/16/14 – Fire Alarm – Guardian reported a fire alarm activated in Concord hall. Officers and Maintenance responded and found the cause to be steam from the shower. Maintenance reset the alarm panel. (Closed)
08/16/14 – Departmental Information – A student reported they were stuck in and elevator at Yorktown hall. Upon officers arrival they received another call from the student advising they were out of the elevator. Maintenance arrived and reset the elevators correcting the problem. (Closed)
08/17/14 – Fire Alarm – Guardian reported a fire alarm activated in Concord hall. The cause for the alarm was steam from a shower. Maintenance reset the alarm panel. (Closed)
08/17/14 – Suspicious Incident – This department was advised of unknown actor/s cutting down trees behind Massey hall. Officers responded and checked the area in question with negative results. (Closed)
08/17/14 – Trouble Alarm – Guardian reported a trouble alarm activated in the Snee-Reindhardt house. Maintenance was notified and reported that they were aware of the problem, and are working to repair it. (Closed)
08/17/14 – Gas Leak – This department was advised of a smell of gas in the Jefferson Center. Officers and Maintenance responded and found the cause to be the pilot light out on the furnace. Maintenance relit the pilot and officers cleared. (Closed)
