There is no doubt that Super Bowl Sunday is one of the most anticipated days out of the whole year for many football fans. This is a time to kickback and relax with friends and watch the events unfold. Everybody seems to be buzzing about whether the Denver Broncos or the Carolina Panthers have what it takes to bring home the Vince Lombardi Trophy on February 7.
Aside from the game, the halftime show is just as exciting as the main event. This year Coldplay will be making their first appearance ever at the Super Bowl halftime show. Beyoncé and Bruno Mars, who are not strangers to the halftime show, will also be there to preform. So, with so much happening this Sunday, it’s always fun to ask, who really is going to win this game?
Brent Rodgers, Billy Lytle and Sam Riley all agree that the Carolina Panthers are going to win the Super Bowl this weekend.
According to a poll taking by the WBTW News, 72.28 percent of people who participated in the poll also agree that the Carolina Panthers are most likely going to win Super Bowl 50. Only 27.72 percent think that the Denver Broncos will win.
When Lytle was asked what he planned on doing during the Super Bowl he responded by saying, “Me and my friends usually throw a little party in my basement, we will probably do it again this year.” He also said that, “Codplay and Beyoncé would be interesting, I’m not sure how that’s going to work.”
Riley said that he planned to “chill in my dorm room with a couple of friends.” When he was asked about his thoughts about the halftime show he said, “I use to like Coldplay, but their new album is not good. The show might be okay though.”
With all of this being said, don’t forget that the Super Bowl kick off will happen at 6:30 on CBS. The game on Sunday takes place at the Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. The halftime show will begin approximately at 8:00 pm.
