Evanescence to headline UPMC Events Center’s first concert

MOON TOWNSHIP — The first concert at the new arena on the campus of Robert Morris University has been announced.

Evanescence will headline the first-ever concert inside the new UPMC Events Center. Robert Morris University announced that two-time Grammy Award winner Evanescence would be the first headliners at the new UPMC Events Center. The concert will be held on May 12.

Evanescence will feature their alt-rock style of music, including hits like “Bring Me to Life” and “Call Me When You’re Sober.” The band last played in Pittsburgh on Oct. 30, 2017 in Heinz Hall.

Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. on Feb. 15 on LiveNation and Ticketmaster. Tickets for members of the Evanescence fan club will go on sale Feb. 12 at 10 a.m.
