8/2/19- Medical Emergency- RMU Football staff reported a player with severe cramping on the field of Joe Walton Stadium. Officers requested Valley ambulance. The patient was transported to the hospital via ambulance (closed).

8/2/19- Entered in Error- Report was pulled in error (closed).

8/3/19- Property Damage- The phone from a hockey coach’s office at the Island Sports Complex called the Police department repeatedly with no one on the line. Officers responded to the office and found a water leak had damaged the phone. Maintenance notified (closed).

8/3/19- Missing Property- The Island Sports Complex staff reported the cleaning staff reported a large vacuum missing from the building. It was later determined that another cleaner was using it in a different building (closed).

8/5/19- Fire Alarm- Moon Dispatch reported a fire alarm in Salem Hall. The alarm was found to be caused by the shower. No sign of smoke or fire. The fire dept was cancelled and alarm panel reset (closed).

8/6/19- Fire Alarm- Moon Dispatch reported a fire alarm in Concord Hall. The alarm was found to be caused by the shower. No sign of smoke or fire. The fire dept was cancelled and alarm panel reset (closed). 

8/7/19- Suspicious Vehicle- Student Rec Center staff reported a suspicious occupied vehicle in the lot when she arrived to open the building.  Officers arrived and checked the area but the vehicle was gone (closed).

8/7/19- Fire Alarm- Moon Dispatch reported a fire alarm in Concord Hall. The alarm was found to be caused by the shower. No sign of smoke or fire. The fire dept was cancelled and alarm panel reset (closed).

8/7/19- Accident involving parked vehicle- Parkhurst staff reported that they witnessed a vehicle hit an illegally parked vehicle in the gazebo lot. Officers responded and initiated a traffic stop on said vehicle. Information and pictures were obtained from both vehicles for insurance purposes (closed).

8/8/19- Accident involving parked vehicle- RMU faculty reported that he noticed damage to his vehicle while parked on campus. Information was taken for insurance purposes (closed).

8/9/19- Careless driving- A female reported that she was almost struck by a vehicle on University Blvd while crossing in the crosswalk. Officers checked the area and the vehicle was gone (closed).

8/10/19- Suspicious vehicle- Officers noticed an occupied vehicle in the Lower Event Center Lot. Two commuter students inside were advised to call it a night and head home (closed).

8/10/19- Medical emergency- RMU Football staff reported an injured player on the field of Joe Walton Football stadium. Valley Ambulance was requested and transported the patient to the hospital (closed).

8/11/19- Medical emergency- The Island Sports Complex staff reported an unconscious male in a vehicle in the parking lot. Officers responded, as well as, Ohio Twp. Police. The male was revived with Narcan and transported to the hospital via ambulance. One male was arrested on a warrant and transported to Allegheny County Jail by Ohio Twp Police Dept. This case to be handled by Ohio Twp (PSO Allen report) (closed).
