Alaina Giampietro has been on fire.
The Strongsville, Ohio native was awarded her fourth College Hockey Association weekly honor Monday will her four goals in the two-game split against RIT.

Giampietro scored multi-goal games in both matchups against the Tigers, adding to her goal total of 15. In game one, she netted the overtime winner in a Colonials 3-2 win on Friday.
She is now ranked second in goals and sixth in points (24) among NCAA freshmen.
Giampietro was named CHA Rookie of the Month in November and a member of the HCA Rookie of the Year Watch List just this past week.
This is RMU’s 13th conference award of the season.
Giampietro and the Colonials will host Penn State in a two-game series on Friday and Saturday, with both games starting at 5 p.m.
