Daevon Robinson becomes third Colonial to enter transfer portal

Adding to the list that is bound to keep growing, Daevon Robinson has become the third Robert Morris football player to enter the transfer portal since the conclusion of the 2021 spring season.
Earlier today, Robinson announced that his recruitment is officially open via Twitter, making him the second wide receiver to enter the portal. Garrett Houser announced his decision to leave the program on Tuesday.

A six-foot-three wide receiver, Robinson spent his first two seasons with Rutgers University before announcing in December of 2019 that he had committed to play with head coach Bernard Clark and the Colonials.
In his lone season with the Colonials, Robinson had eight receptions for 105 yards over the shortened three-game campaign.
Robinson became a reliable target for quarterback George Martin, which led to a season-high 67 yards, including a 33-yard reception in the last contest of the year against Charleston Southern.
The departure of Robinson, Houser, and linebacker Devyn Charles marks just the start of a potentially hectic offseason not only for the Colonials but for any college football team with the transfer portal at the center of attention.
