Jamie Keller named MAC Defensive Player of the Week for second time this season

On Tuesday, senior goalkeeper Jamie Keller was named MAC Defensive Player of the Week.

In their most recent win against Detroit Mercy, Keller collected a total of nine saves, propelling RMU to a 13-8 victory. The team extended their conference win streak to 16 consecutive games on the season with the win.

Keller now has 101 total saves and a 13.81 goals-against average on the season, with 6-6. This is her second time winning the weekly honor, also winning it on March 15.

The team will now focus on their upcoming conference matchup with Kent State on Apr. 9 at noon, part of the Party at the Plaza doubleheader.
