Bring out the brooms! The Atlantic Sun Conference announced its Players of the Week on Tuesday. Robert Morris swept the honors as Nate Randall brought home the conference’s Defensive Player of the Week award for the second time in his career. Also earning the second of his career, Taggart Clark was named the conference’s Player of the Week. This marks just the fourth and fifth time the Colonials have earned such honors respectively.

Nate Randall turned in an impressive performance between the pipes in the Colonials’ wins against St. Bonaventure and Canisius. The sophomore goalkeeper saved 22 shots while allowing just 13 goals, good for a .628 save percentage on the week.

On the offensive side, fifth-year attackman, Taggart Clark, has been remarkable as he scored seven goals in the last two games two of which came in the 15-6 victory against St. Bonaventure. He followed that up with a five-goal, two-assist performance in the Colonials’ 13-8 win over Canisius.

Randall and Clark will try to continue their impressive efforts as the Colonials will look to remain undefeated on Saturday as they host Hobart at noon.
