Duquesne 17, RMU 16: Robert Morris opened its 2015 season against cross-city rival Duquesne with a thrilling one-point double overtime loss at Thiel College’s Rissell-Schreyer Dome. The first overtime came when RMU scored three goals with seven minutes remaining in the game, including the tying tally by Emily Jaminson with fifteen seconds left.

RMU had to overcome a Duquesne 7-1 run in which they took over the lead with a little more than half to play in the second half of the contest. Senior Kristin Yoviene had a huge day in her last first game as a Colonial, setting up RMU’s first 10 goals and ending the game with six total assists and four goals of her own.
