WATCH: Conor Lamb and Joe Biden visit RMU

In the final days before the Special Election for the 18th District of Pennsylvania, Democratic candidate Conor Lamb brought former Vice President Joe Biden with him to speak on behalf of Lamb as to why the 33-year old candidate should earn the people’s vote. Today, the two made their final stop of the day at Yorktown Hall on the campus of Robert Morris University.
