01/21/2025: Lost & Found- Officers were given a key and lanyard that was found on the ground near the Patrick Henry Center. The property was cataloged and placed in the lost and found. This case is closed.

01/22/2025: Departmental Information- Officers were called to the UPMC event center for unauthorized persons in the gym playing basketball. Officers advised the individuals to leave and not to return without authorization. No further action. This case is closed.

01/23/2025: Vehicle Accident- Officers responded to a motor vehicle crash on Colonial Way. No one was injured in the crash. Photographs were taken and proper information was exchanged. Both vehicles were drivable. This case is closed.

01/23/2025: Departmental Information– Officers were advised that a part-time employee was terminated and that they are no longer permitted on RMU property. Officers on all shifts were advised. This case is closed.

01/24/2025: Welfare Check– Officers performed a welfare check on a student for a family member concerned over blood sugar. The officer located the student who was ok. This case is closed.

01/24/2025: Lost & Found- Officer took possession of found property that was turned in to the Police Dept. Officers located the owner and left a message on where to pick up their property. This case is closed.

01/24/2025: Harassment– Officers took and investigated a report of alleged harassment. The subject of the harassment is not an RMU student. After advising the complainant of their options a No Trespass order will be given to the subject of the investigation. This case is closed.

01/25/2025: Noise Complaint– Officers responded to a noise complaint in Washington Hall. Officers advised the individuals to be quiet at the time of the complaint. All parties complied. This case is closed.

01/25/2025: Medical Emergency– Officers responded to Hancock Hall to assist Valley Ambulance medics with a student having a panic attack. The student was transported to Sewickley Hospital. This case is closed.

01/25/2025: Lost & Found– Officers took possession of a wallet that was found near the Nicholson Center. Officers located the owner and returned the wallet. This case is closed.

01/25/2025: Lost & Found– Officers took possession of an RMU ID card that was found in the Nicholson Center. Officers left a message for the student to pick up the ID at the Barry Center. The property is in the lost and found. This case is closed.

01/26/2025: Contraband- Officers were called to take possession of contraband that was found by RES LIFE during dorm checks. The contraband was located in a common area and ownership could not be ascertained. The contraband was cataloged and destroyed. This case is closed.

01/27/2025: Theft of Property Mislaid- Officer took a report of a theft of property mislaid at the locker room at the North Athletic Complex. Officers are investigating. This case is closed.

01/27/2025: Contraband- Officers were called to take possession of contraband that was found by RES LIFE during dorm checks. Student conduct report filed. The contraband was cataloged and destroyed. This case is closed.
